Terms & Conditions – DryXpress

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using any of our services.

DryXpress (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") offers its services subject to the acceptance and compliance with the terms and conditions outlined below. By using any of our services, you ("Customer") are agreeing to be bound by these terms.

All items provided to DryXpress for cleaning, laundry, or repair services will hereinafter be referred to as "articles".

This agreement is solely between the Company and the Customer and does not imply any third-party relationship or involvement.

Garment Handling & Liability

  1. All garments, linen, and fabric articles are handled carefully. However, the Company is not liable for outcomes resulting from inherent conditions of garments, hidden defects, or the nature of the fabric. This may include shrinkage, color bleeding, or damage. Items are cleaned at the owner's risk.
  2. While the Company strives to maintain high-quality wash and care standards, we do not guarantee specific results.
  3. Care label instructions on garments are not referred to in most cases. Customers submitting items labeled "Hand Wash Only" or "Dry Clean Only" do so at their own risk.
  4. Delicate items needing extra care are accepted without liability. The Company will not be responsible for any damage caused to such items.
  5. We are not liable for discoloration, bleeding, or fabric damage due to weak dyes or construction flaws.
  6. Articles left unclaimed beyond 30 days may be subject to a monthly storage fee of 12% of the total invoice value. Any discounted rates applied will also be revoked. Articles not collected within 90 days may be disposed of or sold by DryXpress to recover outstanding dues.
  7. The Company reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment at its sole discretion.
  8. Stain removal is part of our process, but full removal cannot be guaranteed. Attempted removal is done at the customer's risk.
  9. DryXpress is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in garments (e.g., cash, accessories, documents, jewelry, etc.).
  10. Customers are advised not to send in valuable or irreplaceable garments, as the Company cannot offer compensation exceeding limits described below.
  11. In cases of verifiable loss or damage of articles, compensation may be offered up to a maximum of three (3) times the processing cost of the affected item(s), at the Company’s discretion. Valid invoice proof must be provided. Any reimbursement will be provided in the form of service credits only — no cash compensation will be issued.

Delivery, Claims & Warranty

  1. Please inspect and count your articles at the time of delivery. Notify the delivery personnel immediately of any discrepancy. The Company will not entertain claims made after the delivery is completed and acknowledged.
  2. DryXpress provides a 7-day service warranty from the time of delivery to raise concerns specifically related to quality (washing or dry cleaning defects). Warranty is void if items have been worn or used post-delivery.
  3. Customers may receive service updates via phone calls, SMS, Emails, WhatsApp, app notifications, etc. If you wish to opt-out of such notifications, please contact support.
  4. The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to any embellishments, jewelry fittings, or decorative items on garments.
  5. Customers are required to inspect items at the time of delivery. Claims raised post-delivery acceptance will not be considered.
  6. DryXpress is not liable for delays, damage, or loss due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or government regulations.
  7. Articles requiring specialized treatments or additional efforts may take longer to process. Delays do not qualify for discount or compensation.
  8. Pricing for intricate designer garments will be determined post-evaluation by specialists and communicated before processing begins.

Payment Terms

  1. Invoices are issued digitally via email to the registered email address only. No printed bills are provided.
  2. Express delivery service will be charged at double the standard order amount.
  3. Full payment is required upon successful delivery.
  4. Cash is the default payment mode for retail orders. Card payments are accepted with prior notice.
  5. Prepaid plans may be purchased via cash or cheque. For cheque payments, the plan becomes active post-clearance.
  6. Applicable taxes are charged additionally as per government regulations.
  7. Prepaid plans purchased at one location can be used across all cities where DryXpress operates.
  8. Promotional cashback is issued as service credits only. No cash redemption is allowed. Cashback will be credited to the customer’s DryXpress wallet/account.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. For retail orders, overpaid amounts may be refunded on customer request.
  2. Funds loaded into Prepaid Plans are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  3. Orders can be canceled before actual pickup with no fees.
  4. If DryXpress declines to service any article due to its condition, charges will be reversed or credited as applicable.
  5. Cancellations initiated after pickup must be done within 2 hours. Post that, the order will be processed as usual.
  6. Orders that are already under processing cannot be canceled.

Coupons, Discounts & Offers

  1. Discount codes and coupons can only be applied using the DryXpress mobile app.
  2. Once an invoice is generated, no discounts or coupons can be applied retroactively.
  3. Multiple offers, discounts, and codes cannot be combined on a single order unless explicitly permitted.

Privacy Policy

  1. DryXpress does not sell or share your personal data — including phone numbers, email addresses, or home address — to third parties for marketing purposes.
  2. We may engage third-party vendors to assist with specific services like hosting, communication, billing, or support. These vendors will only access minimal customer information required for such tasks and are not authorized to use it independently.

External Links Disclaimer

  1. We are not responsible for any damage or liability resulting from the use of third-party content accessible via the DryXpress website.

Content & Intellectual Property

  1. All materials on this website are the intellectual property of DryXpress. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may lead to legal action.

Service Misuse and Legal Compliance

  1. Impersonation or unauthorized use of someone else’s identity on our platform is strictly prohibited and may prompt legal action.
  2. Republishing any website content or service information without our permission constitutes infringement and may be prosecuted.

Updates to Terms

  1. Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to stay updated with the latest information.
  2. All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
